HOW DO I.... OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?
48 hours' notice (not including weekends) is required for repeat prescriptions.
Requests must be made by returning the tear-off slip from your previous prescription, either by bringing it into the surgery or posting it to us. If you wish the prescription to be posted to you please supply a stamped addressed envelope. Please note that requests made on a Friday afternoon will not be available until Tuesday. You may also order your repeat prescriptions by fax on (01204) 599817 or directly by online request.
